Standard Refund Policy

BTL – Be The Law offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all membership plans, effective from the date of your initial purchase. To request a refund within the 30-day window, contact our billing team at [email protected] with your account email and purchase confirmation. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.

Monthly & Pro Plans ($39/mo and $99/mo)

• Full refund available within the first 30 days of your initial subscription
• After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period
• Canceling stops future billing — you retain access through the paid period
• No partial refunds for unused days after the 30-day window
• Renewed subscription cycles are non-refundable

Lifetime Plan ($4,997)

• Full refund available within the first 30 days of purchase
• After 30 days, Lifetime plans are non-refundable
• Lifetime access is non-transferable

Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests outside the 30-day window in exceptional circumstances such as verified billing errors or technical issues preventing access. These are evaluated case by case. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.

2. Include your account email address and order/transaction ID
3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request
4. We will confirm within 3 business days
5. Funds returned in 5–10 business days to original payment method
